Feedback Hub

A public home for feedback, and a roadmap that answers it.

Give users one branded place to report bugs, request features, and vote, with no accounts required. Everything lands in your review queue as signals, and your public roadmap shows what you did about it.

The intake half

One front door for everything users want to tell you.

Feedback scattered across Discord, DMs, and email dies there. The hub gives it one address on your own subdomain, live minutes after you turn it on.

01

Three kinds of intake

Bug reports, feature requests, and general feedback, each with its own guided form. Toggle any of them on or off.

02

Voting built in

Visitors upvote what they want, and the counts follow each request into your review queue, so you can see what people actually want most.

03

No login wall

Nobody creates an account to report a bug or cast a vote. Submissions can be anonymous or carry a name.

04

Your own address

Hosted at your-name.getfrostbyte.dev out of the box, or bring a custom domain with DNS verification on Studio.

05

Embed it in your product

Studio adds an embeddable widget so users can submit without leaving your app, plus the option to remove Frostbyte branding.

06

Straight into review

Every submission lands as a signal in your queue. Accept the good ones into tasks, with an AI cleanup of the title and description if you want it.

The roadmap half

Show people what happened to their request.

People stop reporting when nothing visibly happens. Your public roadmap is built from real tasks and moves when your releases do. You pick which tasks appear; the rest of the backlog stays private.

How it works

From a stranger's bug report to a shipped answer.

The hub is both ends of the loop: where feedback enters, and where the response becomes visible.

01

Turn it on.

Enable the hub and it's live at your-name.getfrostbyte.dev, branded and ready to link from your Discord, docs, or footer.

02

Users report and vote.

Bugs, requests, and feedback arrive through guided forms, and votes pile up on the requests people care about most.

03

You review, once.

Each submission gets one decision in the signals queue: become a task, wait, or a recorded no. Accepted work can attach straight to the active release.

04

The roadmap answers.

Planned becomes in progress becomes shipped as the real work moves, and the people who asked can watch it happen.

FAQ

Common questions about the Feedback Hub.

Which plans include the Feedback Hub?
Feature requests, voting, and the public roadmap are Indie and above. Free includes a public bugs-only intake link, so bug reports still reach you.
Do my users need accounts?
No. Submitting and voting are open to anyone who can reach the page. Every login wall costs you reports.
Can I use my own domain?
Every hub gets a your-name.getfrostbyte.dev subdomain. Studio can add a custom domain, verified with a CNAME and TXT record, plus branding removal and the embeddable widget.
Does the roadmap expose my backlog?
No. Only tasks you explicitly mark for the roadmap appear, grouped by status. Everything else stays private, including your reasons for saying no.
