What's Next

See why every task is next

Every row gives its reason, like a due date or the 4 people who asked for it. Start any of them in one click.

  • Your work first. Tasks assigned to you and tasks you've started rank higher.
  • Quiet work comes back up. A started task nobody has touched rises again.
  • Dismiss what doesn't fit. It's hidden for you only, until you restore it.

  • Blocked and stalled work. Blocked tasks, and work nobody has updated lately.
  • Urgent bugs. Critical and high bugs still open.
  • Release pace. Whether you're closing tasks fast enough for the target date.

Common questions

Anything else? Get in touch or read the docs.

Is it AI?
No. What's Next and Project Health follow fixed rules, so the same project always gives the same answer, and neither uses AI credits.
How does What's Next decide the order?
From what you've already told Frostbyte: priority, the active release, due dates, what's in progress, who it's assigned to and how many users asked. Your product's stage adds a small lift. Every row says why it's there.
How much do I have to set up?
Nothing beyond your tasks. Priorities, due dates and a release sharpen the order, and every row says why it's there.
Does it change anything on its own?
No. It recommends and you decide. Start moves a to-do task to In Progress when you click it, and nothing is assigned or shipped for you.
Which plans include What's Next and Project Health?
Every plan, including Free. Free covers 1 project and 100 open tasks. Paid plans lift the limits.
How does Project Health decide the status?
It checks blocked tasks, work nobody has updated in 14 days, urgent bugs and whether you're closing tasks fast enough for the target date. The worst check sets the status: Healthy, At risk, Unhealthy or Stagnant.
